On average per day 16.4 thousand m3 waste water without cleaning are floated to Caspian Sea by means of more than 20 outer lines in settlement for the reason that in 1990 years purifying devices of Wood processing enterprise become worthless for exploration, leaving without control of waste, sewage water in Garadagh district, Alat settlement. Direct floating of waste water formed in Tuberculosis health centre of military unit No. N  situated in the area of this settlement was defined by us as a hot point. On average 5.8 thousand m3 waste water per day is floated to the Caspian Sea for the reason that construction of centralized sewage system has not been completed in Garadagh district, Gobustan settlement. Waste water floated to shore strip created there swamp surrounding a large area. The next hot point in Garadagh district is Red lake. Wsate water floating from Haji-Hasan lake, Puta lake, from Lokbatan settlement and other areas is assembled in this lake and from there is floated to the Caspian Sea. But floated waste water for the reason of unfit for exploration of canal floating water of the lake to Caspian Sea caused swamp area near Lokbatan beach and this resulted in cease of activity of Lokbatan beach.  Canal No.32 taking its beginning from Badamdar settlement passing through “20th area” residential joins Caspian Sea in “Bibiheybatneft” area. Canal with 6km length aggregates 12.0 thousand m3 mixed waste water (sewage and production) per day. Expansion of housing massive in “20th area” resulted in increase of waste water capacity directed to mentioned canal.  Hovsan canal being extension of “Janub” canal beginning from point of aggregation of waste water in “Balaxanıneft” NQÇİ directly floats more than 100 thousand m3 waste water per day to The Caspian Sea. At present waste water created in industrial objects of Ramana district, at the same time Ramana, Sabunchu -1, Zabrat -1, Zabrat-2 residentials collecting before the tunnel is directed to Hovsan canal by means of pumps.  Wsate water created in Lankaran region, Kanarmeshe mass without purifying is floated directly to the Caspian Sea. Waste water is directly or by means of natural flows is floated to the Caspian Sea for the reason that there are not purifying devices and or purifying devices are not fit for exploration in Astara, Neftchala, Davachi and Khachmaz regions.
