Assignment of financial means according to the instructions of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic has realised solution of those problems in time in order to carry out improvement of management of garbage formed in Baku and Sumgait cities and etc. measures according to the schema of improvement of ecological condition of the area polluted with garbage of Baku bay, Bibi Heybat zone, International Airport named after H.Aliyev, the lakes around Absheron peninsula, lands polluted by oil, the areas under layer waters and the other manufacturing areas directed to restoration of available situation forwarded by the Complex Measures Plan for 2006-2010 years about improvement of ecological condition in the Azerbaijan Republic certified by “the decree № 1697 of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic dated September 28, 2006”.
3.5 million manat means has been assigned from the Reserve Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic in order to solve the matters forwarded from the Decree № 2244 dated June 20, 2007 on “Some measures on protection of pollution of the Caspian sea” signed by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Modular local cleaning plants meeting the international standards in the direction of the solution of the matters forwarded by this Decree have been purchased and installed in Bilgah, Buzovna, Mardakan and Pirshagi settlements of Absheron peninsula.

Azerbaijan Republic is a sole country among the countries existing around the Caspian sea that the complex measures are being carried out upon protection of the sea and its area from pollution. Continuation of those measures in the next years will be resulted in more cleaning of the area of water of the Caspian Sea and exclusion of Absheron peninsula from the range of the sources polluting the Caspian sea will be achieved.

Bilgah Station No.1

In Station biological treater with 500 m³ daily power and subsidiary oil-refining equipment conforming composition of sewage water were installed.

Installation area: near to Bilgah Snatory of Cardiology

Purpose: to purify 500 m³ sewage water to the last density extent and as a result purifying sea water in Bilgah-Zagulba area of water and returning microbiological condition to normal.

Mardakan station No.2

In Station biological treater with 150 m³ daily power was installed.

Place of installation: two ponds with 24 thousand m² and 40 thousand m³area swamped by sewage water near to “Gizil Gum” recreation center, alongshore territory of Mardakan settlement.

Object: Purify water of these ponds and water supplied fro, this source to the last density extent and to prevent sewage water run to Mardakan beach and returning sea water to normal in area of water.

Mardakan station No.3

Disinfector with 240 m³ daily power was installed in Station.

Place of installation: Mərdəkan bağları yaşayış massivi ilə həmin ərazidə yerləşən «Marian Beach» istirahət mərkəzi arasında yerləşən tullantı sularının əmələ gətirdiyi təqribi həcmi 144 min m³ olan bataqlıqlaşmış göl.

Object: Purify water of swamped pond and water supplied from this source to the last density extent and to prevent sewage water run to Mardakan beach and returning sea water to normal in area of water.

Buzovna station No.4

In Station biological treater with 500 m³ daily power and 2 disinfectors with daily 240m³ power were installed.

Place of installation: Swamped reedy area with 12 ha between Buzovna and Shaghan villages and on average with 40 m³/h sewage water.

Object: To purify water of swamped pond and water supplied from this source to the last density extent and to prevent sewage water run to Buzovna beach and return sea water to normal in area of water.

Buzovna station No.5

Biological treater with 100 m³ daily power was installed in Station.

Place of installation: Swamped pond with 52 thousand m³ generated from sewage water behind “Ali ayaghi”sanctuary.

Object: Purify water of swamped pond and water supplied from this source to the last density extent and to prevent sewage water run to Buzovna beach and return sea water to normal in area of water.

Pirshaghi station No.6

Biological treater with 350 m³ daily power was installed in Station.

Place of installation: way out of line from Shor pool with 1200 m length and 50-200 m width and 30-35 cm average depth in Pirshaghi settlement.

Object: Purify sewage water with sanitary origin intervened the line from Shor pool in Pirshaghi settlement and from recreation centre named after H.Aliyev and water supplied from this source to the last density extent and to prevent sewage water run to Pirshaghi beach and return sea water to normal in area of water.

Pirshaghi station No.7

Biological treater with 350 m ³ daily power was installed in Station.

Place of installation: way out of line from Gizilnohur pool.

Object: Purify water of swamped pond and water supplied from this source to the last density extent and to prevent sewage water run to Pirshaghi beach and return sea water to normal in area of water.

Nardaran station No.8

Disinfector with 240 m³ daily power was installed in Station.

Place of installation: Nardaran beach and 50 m² area near to it.

Object: To return swamped area and water of sources supplying this area to microbiological norm.

Bilgah - Amburan station No.9

Biological treater with 500 m³ daily power and subsidiary oil-refining equipment conforming composition of sewage water were installed in Station.

Place of installation: Territory of Amburan recreation center

Object: to purify 500 m³ sewage water to the last density extent and purify sea water in water area and returning microbiological condition to normal.

Novkhani station No.10

Disinfector with 500 m³ daily power was installed in Station.

Place of installation: Alongshore area in Novkhani.
