Lot 1- Procurement of 2 Module Type Water Treatment Units
          Bidders shall submit their tender proposals and documents according to “Law on state procurement” in stamped, signed and covered in two fold envelope.
Bidders shall estimate their bid proposals taking into account all the necessary tax and legal expenses. The bid proposals will be assessed based on the score system methods. The following aspects will preferred in the course of proposal assessment: project effectiveness, high quality, in time completion, the experience in analogical works, financial state, handing over the works (goods and services) in accordance with the graphic.

Participation fee is non refundable.

• Written application for participation at tender procedure;
•   Bank document on payment of participation fee;
• Official data on experience in analogical works, bidder’s potential, technical and human resources;
• Reference from relevant tax organs on not having any obligations out of date concerning taxes in the Republic of Azerbaijan and other obligatory reimbursements;
•  A  copy of financial report, in the period of last one year, approved from the tax organs;
•  Bank reference on bidder’s  financial state in the last one year;
• Bidder’s full name, legal status, regulation, registered country and requisites;
• Bidder’s origin and conformity certificates on relevant goods and services;
• The tender proposals shall be in force at least 30 banking days from the time of holding of tender procedure;
• Guarantee of the tender proposal � bank guarantee in volume of 2 % of the whole of proposal (has to be in force at least 60 banking days from the time of unpacking the envelope).

Bidders shall submit their tender proposals and documents required for tender proposal guarantee to the tender commission of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan located at Baku city, B.Aghayev str. 100-A address in stamped envelopes in two copies (original and copies) covered in two fold envelope and stamped no later than 21 June 2010 at 17.00 p.m..
          The envelopes received later than aforementioned date will not be opened and will be returned back. 
          The proposal envelopes will be opened the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan located at Baku city, B.Aghayev str 100-A address at 16.00 p.m. on 22 June 2010.
