Strong earthquake hits Turkey


23/07/2012. An earthquake measuring 5 on the Richter scale struck in Kahramanmarash province of Turkey. The quake epicenter was reported in Andirin region, at 9 km depth of the earth’s surface. Aftershocks were felt in the neighboring province of Osmaniye, and Adana city. The temblor caused no casualties, while triggering crevices in several homes.
