Optimal ways of protection of environment is need to use mineral-mine resources, and develop mountain-mine, mountain-chemistry or ore industry. Effective use of natural resources is appreciated as principle duty in progress of rural economy. Development of oil and other sectors of the economy would be settled with prevention of ecological imperfections and protection of environment, therefore following directions was assigned:geological resources are still continuing to assess geo-ecological situation in Caucasus region, to determine zone subjecting to pollution by mining industry, analyze preventive actions;

• upon intensive geological and appraisal survey conducted in Gadabay, Dashkasen ore regions of Small Caucasus as academician .M.Gashgay called it “Azerbaijan Ural”, current geological condition of the territory is needed to be assessed. A great mountain-mine establishment is planned to be formed with foreign companies, therefore geological factors should be made exact. This lake in the first Geygeal (Khanlar) started his research in. As a result a large area of very high capacity (0,01-0,02 %) of molybdenum anomaly and has been known to pollution area with kobalt in Goshgarchay.
• Geological researches are conducted to study impact of Paraqachay, Gumushlu mines were effective in Nakhichivan AR to environment.  
• Condition of hydroecological condition of subsoil waters is explored in Siyazan, Devechi and Neftchala regions;
• After obtaining independence by Azerbaijan for the purpose of estimation of geological condition of the territory of the Republic ( as it known, in soviet period for increasing productivity in agriculture toxic fertilizers, pesticides were used, probability of removing of wastes which can have harmful influence on human organism is big in the location places of soviet armies, as well as anthropogenic impact on the environment should be studied ) 1:200 000 scale planning works is being prepared.
