There were compiled 2206 acts and 828 minutes about law disorders done by juridical persons, natural persons and citizens and also there were given 862 instructions of compulsory execution upon the proper legislation for solving shortcomings defined by the bodies fulfilling environmental protection control of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources during 2010 year.
There was declared a penalty in the amount of 6134322.15 manats on 815 cases in general against juridical and natural persons for breaking the law and there were paid 285779.81 manats from that amount. There was laid a claim in the amount of 1157951.47 about 542 cases related with environmental damages done and there was ensured 127727.86 manats to be paid.
There was applied a payment in the amount of 1194386.85 manats on 4907 cases on offices and enterprises and there was ensured 697109.11 manats to be paid. There were held appropriate measures by reading 27 of 112 cases sent to law machinery, 81 of 142 cases sent to courts, 79 of 424 cases sent to Court Executing Officers for taking measures. There were 2 enterprises activity suspended.
On protection of water resources, there were compiled 215 acts and 77 minutes and there were given 141 instructions of compulsory execution upon the proper legislation for solving shortcomings defined. There was declared a penalty in the amount of 173890 manats on 71 cases in general against juridical and natural persons for breaking the law and there were paid 22533.12 manats from that amount. There was applied a payment in the amount of 675193.18 manats on 1021 cases on offices and enterprises and there was ensured 186455.18 manats to be paid. There were held appropriate measures by reading 4 of 36 cases sent to Court Executing Officers for taking measures.
On the purpose of control to atmosphere air protection, there were held proper investigations and compiled 477 acts and 49 minutes. For solving shortages discovered there were given 289 instructions of compulsory execution. There was declared a penalty in the amount of 112570 manats on 47 cases in general against juridical and natural persons for breaking the law and there were paid 54612.71 manats from that amount. There was laid a claim in the amount of 1535 about 47 cases related with environmental damages done and payment was done. There was applied 313530.03 manats on 2457 cases and there was ensured 286350.74 manats to be paid. There were held appropriate measures by reading 14 of 10 cases sent to Court Executing Officers for taking measures.
For legal disorders revealed in the field of Soil Protection, there were compiled 151 acts and 28 minutes. There were given 19 “instructions of compulsory” execution for solving insufficiencies defined. There was declared a penalty in the amount of 84845.25 manats on 39 cases in general against juridical and natural persons for breaking the law and there were paid 3567 manats from that amount. There was laid a claim in the amount of 2745.3 about 15 cases related with environmental damages done and payment was done. There were applied a payment in the amount 14380 of 189 cases sent to Court Executing Officers. There wasn’t read 1 case sent to law machinery and 2 cases sent to courts for taking measures. There were taken proper measures by reading 3 of 6 cases sent to Court Executing Officers.
For legal disorders revealed in the field of Earth Surface Protection, there were compiled 116 acts and 84 minutes, there were given 16 instructions of compulsory execution upon the proper legislation for solving shortcomings defined. There was declared a penalty in the amount of 197250 manats on 143 cases in general against juridical and natural persons for breaking the law and there were paid 40550 manats from that amount. There was laid a claim in the amount of 1023738.71 about 76 cases related with environmental damages done and there was ensured 44459.09 manats to be paid. There was applied a payment in the amount of 26794.21 manats on 45 cases on offices and enterprises and their payment was ensured. For taking measures, 13 cases sent to law machinery and 2 cases sent to courts were not read. There were held appropriate measures by reading 4 of 57 cases sent to Court Executing Officers.
At the result of proper application according to the current legislation of state regulation in the field of waste management, there were compiled 540 acts and 232 minutes, there were given 349 instructions of compulsory execution upon the proper legislation for solving shortcomings defined. There was declared a penalty in the amount of 394385 manats on 203 cases in general against juridical and natural persons for breaking the law and there were paid 98594.4 manats from that amount. There was laid a claim in the amount of 9802 about 24 cases related with environmental damages done and there was ensured 2162 manats to be paid. There was applied a payment in the amount of 164439.43 manats on 1194 cases on offices and enterprises and its payment was ensured. There were not 3 cases sent to law machinery and 2 cases sent to courts for taking measures. There were taken proper measures by reading 15 of 113 cases sent to Court Executing Officers.
At the result of proper application according to the current legislation of state regulation in the field of flora protection, there were compiled 630 acts and 226 minutes, there were given 48 instructions of compulsory execution upon the proper legislation for solving shortcomings defined. There was declared a penalty in the amount of 5103686.9 manats on 233 cases in general against juridical and natural persons for breaking the law and there were paid 52012.58 manats from that amount. There was laid a claim in the amount of 66407.66 about 256 cases related with environmental damages done and there was ensured 43227.65 manats to be paid. There were held appropriate measures by reading 3 of 61 cases sent to law machinery, 3 of 28 cases sent to courts and 42 of 159 cases sent to Court Executing Officers for taking measures.
At the result of proper application according to the current legislation of state regulation in the field of fauna protection, there were compiled 56 acts and 68 minutes, there was declared a penalty in the amount of 64145 manats on 73 cases in general against juridical and natural persons for breaking the law and there were paid 10351 manats from that amount. There was laid a claim in the amount of 4383.32 about 10 cases related with environmental damages done and there was ensured 1981.14 manats to be paid. There were held appropriate measures by reading 3 of 10 cases sent to law machinery, 1 case sent to court and 4 of 39 cases sent to Court Executing Officers for taking measures.
At the result of proper application according to the current legislation of state regulation in the field of extent and protection of biologic resource in water body, there were compiled 21 acts and 64 minutes. There was declared a penalty in the amount of 3550 manats on 6 cases in general against juridical and natural persons for breaking the law and it was paid. There was laid a claim in the amount of 49239.48 about 113 cases related with environmental damages done and there was ensured 30690.48 manats to be paid. There were held appropriate measures by reading 21 of 24 cases sent to law machinery and 74 of 106 cases sent to courts. There were 2 enterprises activity suspended.
