There had been filed claims in the amount of 15657 manat on 42 cases for damage made to the environment and of this amount 2166 manat had been paid. Legal and natural persons who violated law had been fined in the amount of 30592 manat on totally 27 cases and of this amount 3801, 63 manat had been paid. There had been filed claims in the amount of 167954 manat on 10 cases for damage made to the environment and of this amount 2405 manat had been paid. There had been filed claims in amount of 1721 manat on 32 cases in connection with environmental damages, of this amount 1871 manat (including outstanding payments of previous year) have been paid only. Totally, fines in amount of 173553, 6 manat on 193 cases had been imposed to both legal entities and natural persons for breach of law, of this amount 44776, 66 manat had been paid only. There had been filed claims in amount of 124031, 83 manat on 328 cases in connection with environmental damages, of this amount 49519, 89 manat ( including outstanding payments of previous year) had been paid only. It’s imposed fine of 100 manat for 1 case and this amount had been paid. 2 cases of 48 referred to law-enforcement authorities, 9 of 31 cases referred to courts, and 6 of 124 cases referred to the Judicial Superintendents and Judicial Executors had been examined and relevant measures had been taken.

79 reports and records had been made in the field of Fauna Protection, in total; fines in amount of 48095 manat on 62 cases had been imposed to both legal entities and natural persons for breach of law, of this amount 13983 manat had been paid only. There had been filed claims in amount of 75 manat on 2 cases in connection with environmental damages. 2 cases referred to law-enforcement authorities, 2 of 5 cases referred to courts, and 13 of 25 cases referred to the Judicial Superintendents and Judicial Executors had been examined and relevant measures had been taken.

Totally, fines in amount of 13364 manat on 26 cases had been imposed to both legal entities and natural persons for breach of law.  There had been filed claims in amount of 47314 manat on 102 cases in connection with environmental damages, of this amount 12985 manat (including outstanding payments of previous year) had been paid only. 31 cases referred to law-enforcement authorities, and 71 of 102 cases referred to courts had been examined and relevant measures had been taken.
