On Environment pollution monitoring of the environment of the National Monitoring Department attached to centre the following analytic researches laboratories are activated:

• Pollution monitoring laboratory of the of atmosphere air;
• Geochemical regime and pollution monitoring laboratory of natural waters;
• Pollution monitoring of laboratory lauds;
• Background composition monitoring laboratory of Atmosphere rainfalls;
• Laboratory of Monitoring of Geoecologic Radioactivity of Environment;
• Laboratory of Spectrometry and Chromatography;
• Laboratory of Microbiological Researches;
• Ghazakh analytic researches laboratory;
• Beylagan analytic researches laboratory.

The laboratories operating under the Department were equipped with “ZEEnit 650” atomic absorption spectrophotometer manufactured by “Analytic Jena” Company of Germany, “Varian-4000/MS/MS” mass spectrometer produced by the USA, “HI-9033” conductometer, “Multi-340 I/SET” analyzer for determining physical and chemical indicators of surface water, “Turbidimetr HI-93703” portative devices, “KEPH” electronic laboratory scales, “КФК-3Ц” photoelectric colorimeter, produced by Germany, “Lambda 35” UB and “Spekord 205” molecular spectrometers produced by “Analytik Jena” Firm, “Berghoff” microwave oven for use in preliminary processing process of solid materials in order to determine specific polluters as well as heavy metals, chlororganic, phosphororganic pesticide and herbicide remnants and other aromatic carbohydrates on the three components of environment..

Foreign audit of the Centre is regularly realized by “Slovak National Water Reference Laboratory” under “Water Research Institute” of Slovakia within the frame of cooperation with international laboratories by sending test samples. Quantity of ions was comparatively determined in the samples and according to the obtained results, the Centre was submitted international preciseness certificates on analysis of: 
“Ammonium; nitride; orthophosphate; nitrogen in ammonium, nitrate and nitride” - on determination of “Basics Physical-Chemical Analysis”
“Cadmium, copper, nickel and lead; arsenium, copper and zinc” - on determination of “Trace Inorganic Analysis”; 

Audit inspections are proceeded on other elements and combinations.
Cooperating with the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan Republic on accreditation of laboratories, certification of devices and equipment, the Center annually provides inspection of the devices (depending on the type of devices), organizing calibration, taking newly bought devices into state registration. “Certificate on Calibration of Measuring Tools” is submitted for devices used for analyses. Additionally, the laboratories of the Center are annually accredited for “Technical Authorities and Independence in AZS National Certification System”.

Pollution monitoring laboratory of atmosphere air taking analyses on modern level provided with modern equipments and apparatus (“Spekord 205” molecular spectrometers produced by “Analytik Jena” Firm, “Палладий – 3”  gasanalyser, “КФК – 3Ц” Photoelectric colorimeter, “КФК – 2” photoelectric colorimeter, “ВЛР – 200” Analytic scale, “П – 130” Ionomer) are provided.
Analyses the post Alliance residence used on the basic GOST and methods are taken.
Geochemical regime and pollution monitoring laboratory of natural waters with modern stationary and portative equipments (“Multi 340İ/SЕТ” portative analizator, “КERN”ALC-220-4M Electron laboratory scale, Turbidity meter “Hİ – 93703”, “Lambda 35” УБ molecular spectrometer, “КФК – 2” Photoelectric colorimeter, “ЭВ – 74” Ionomer,  “ВЛКТ – 500” technically scale, “Shafa” drying cupboard, “ДЭ-4-2” distillation, “ЭВ-74” Ionomer) are provided.
Analyses are taken away on the based international ISO and GOST standards on methodic are taken away.
Gazaks and Beylagans analytic research laboratorys controls operative to quality of water of Koura River (Gazakh) and Araz River (Beylagan). In water physicochemical analyses of the first day (temperature, ph, electric conductivity, DO-%, mg/l, BOD 5), physical indicators (color, smell, limpid, total supported substances-TSS), hydrological characters of water (waste of water, water shedding speed) is attributed (fixed). In water examples specific pollution substances: oil and oil products, phenols, superficial active synthetic substances (SASS) and heavy metals are realized. Once in month in water examples of main ions (Ca2+, Mg2+, Cl-, HCO3-) and biogenic substances (NO2-, NO3-, NH4+), general mineral nitrogen phosphates, general phosphor, silicon attributing of general iron chemical analyses are realized. Laboratorys with modern stationary and portative apparatus (“УБ-1700” spectrophotometer, portative “Экотест” potentiometer equipment, portative conductivity meter, oximeter, pH-meter, analytic and technical scales, distil apparatus are provided.
Analyses on the based international ISO and QOST standards on methods are taken.

Laboratory of pollution monitoring of lands on land heavy metals (nickel, cobalt, lead, manganese, chromium, zinc, copper, molybdenum, cadmium, vanadium, Mercury), oil and oil products, chlorine, phosphor, pesticide and herbicides, pH, nitrate, sulfates and attributing of soil is taken.
Laboratory has been provided with necessary equipment and apparatus. For realizing of control to quality of land examples infrared spectrometry, spectrographic, nucleus absorbs, photo isometric from analyses methods are used.
Analyses in the past alliance residence used on the basic GOST and methods are taken.

Laboratory of background composition monitoring of atmosphere rainfalls ”ЭВ-74” Ionomer, ”КФК-2” Photoelectric colorimeter, “Hİ-9033” conductivity meter, “Spekord 205” molecular spectrometers produced by “Analytik Jena” Firm , Czech production with modern type distil apparatus  has been provided . By laboratory in the composition of atmosphere rainfalls 11 chemical indicator-sulfate (SO 4-, nitrates (NO3-), ammonium ion (NH4+), chloride ion (Cl-), phosphates (PO43-), bicarbonates (HCO3-), calcium ion (Ca2+), magnesium ion (Mg2+), stiffly, electric conductivity and hydrogen indicator (pH) is attributed.

Laboratory of Monitoring of Geoecologic Radioactivity of Environment sizing β  activity of environment “РУБ-01Р1” radiometer, γ activity sizing “ДРГ-01Т1” dosimeters, γ and β  activity sizing spectrometer) has been provided and it corresponding attributions are realized.
- The Laboratory of Spectrometry and Chromatography was equipped with modern devices and equipments (“AH-2”, “ИКН-025” spectrometers, “4000 GS/MS/MS” mass spectrometer, produced by “Varian” Company of the USA, “ZEEnit 650” atomic absorption spectrophotometer produced by “Analytik Jena” Company of Germany). Analysis of heavy metals, as well as mercury, oil and oil products, chlororganic, phosphororganic pesticide and herbicides is realized in preliminary prepared atmospheric air, soil and water samples at the relevant laboratories.

Analyses are implemented on the methodologies corresponding to the international ISO and GOST standards.

- The Laboratory of Microbiological Researches was equipped with “IDROMAR IP 165” multiparameter sound, produced by “IDROMAR” Company of Germany and determining physical parameters of water for hydrobiological and microbiological researches as well as three microscopes (“Microscope B-600”, “Microscope SZM-2” and “Microscope XDS-3”,) produced by Italy for conducting microscopic observations.
